What the price of the Gengar Prime Pokémon card does not say

The figure describes a single card. It says nothing about the condition of one particular copy: two cards with the same number can sell at different prices, and the listing you are looking at is what counts, not the tracked figure.
A HS—Triumphant booster holds ten cards: three uncommons, five commons, one reverse holo and a rare slot. Prime cards compete for that last slot with LEGEND cards, holofoils and secret rares. Opening boosters to find Gengar Prime therefore only means aiming at one card among several possible ones, on a single slot per booster.
