EX Unseen Forces: the Pokémon Lugia ex pull rate
A price read every day does not say how many EX Unseen Forces packs are opened before Lugia ex: the Pokémon pull rate grid shows it.

EX Unseen Forces came out in 2005, and Lugia ex carries number 105 in that set. Its price is followed day after day, card by card. What is still missing is its pull rate. The detail is on the Lugia ex card page and on the EX Unseen Forces set breakdown.
Why the Lugia ex price says nothing of the rate

The two figures do not answer the same question. The price says what the card costs on its own. The rate says how many packs are opened, on average, before it comes out. A set of that era has no rarity table measured on its packs: the rate comes from a model, and the panel below says how much confidence it deserves.

On average, a Lugia ex comes out every 216 packs. A display holds thirty-six, so six displays to pull it once. The same rate applies to Umbreon ex, read at $500.50, and to Espeon ex, read at $362.62: three cards of the same rarity, one average draw, three very different prices. The display is also listed in another store.
This rate is worked out card by card, not rarity by rarity. Each pack reserves a single slot for its rare card, and the ex cards of the set share the ex part of that slot between them. It is an average over many opened packs. A given box may hold no Lugia ex at all, or more than one.
