Price of four cards in the set
Torchic ★ is numbered 108, right after Mudkip ★: they are the two Gold Stars in the table. Behind them come two Team Rocket ex cards, Rocket's Mewtwo ex at $1,499.99, then Rocket's Snorlax ex at $400.00. The order is the same on the French market, in euros: neither market puts another card on top. The first two are Gold Stars, the next two ex cards. Mudkip and Torchic are Hoenn starters, and each has its Gold Star in this set.

That figure is for a single, not for a pack, and nothing here estimates the odds of a pull. The sealed route exists too: the boosters of this set are sold online.
Only four names are shown. Leaving one out says nothing about its worth: this article follows what collectors hunt, not the whole checklist, and the set page covers the rest. Read the table as a ranking of four names, not as a price promised for any given copy, since the grade of a copy moves what it fetches.
You already own Mudkip ★
The price is a market average for the card, not for a specific copy: the condition of yours decides what it is worth. The set page puts the card back in its list, among the Team Rocket cards and the other Gold Stars of the series, so you can see what sits around it.
